Shipping with DPD: fast and reliable
All our orders are shipped through our carrier partner DPD, which provides a fast and reliable delivery service. Whether you wish to receive your parcel at home or at work, DPD offers a simple solution with real-time tracking for every order.
Delivery times:
Delivery takes 48 to 72 business hours from the time DPD receives your parcel. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking is available on the DPD website so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

Receiving your parcel
It is essential to check the condition of your parcel on delivery. If it appears damaged or open, we recommend reporting this immediately to the delivery driver and recording the necessary observations on the delivery receipt.
Return policy
We understand that sometimes a product is not quite right. That is why OZUR offers a credit note for returns.
Return conditions:
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return one or more items.
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue a credit note valid on our website for a future order.
How do I return an item?

- Return the items to the address we provide in our email reply.
- Once we receive the items, we will send you a credit note valid for 1 month throughout our website.
